    Lab surface-wipe analysis (GC-MS / LC-MS/MS) of common-contact surfaces — walls, HVAC returns, kitchen counters.

  • Fentanyl surface swab (optional)

    Add-on screen for fentanyl contamination. State availability varies.

How it works

From kit to report.

  1. 01 · Decide the surfaces

    For pre-purchase, a 4–6 swab composite gives a defensible baseline. For a single suspect room, target HVAC returns and high-handling surfaces.

  2. 02 · Collect and ship

    Swabs ship in glass vials with chain-of-custody paperwork. Same-day mail-in. State rules vary — some require licensed assessors above a contamination threshold or for real-estate transactions, so check with your inspector or attorney before relying on a result for a sale or eviction record.

  3. 03 · Your report & next steps

    Your report reads the surface levels against the state threshold (when one exists) and against EPA guidance — in plain language, with clear next steps for decontamination.
